You probably already know that there is a shortage of available black men in the United States. According to the US Census, black men (which includes single, married, incarcerated, and gay) make up only 46% of the black population and black women make up 54%. Even though these statistics are true, can you imagine if you, a single black female, would end up getting married anyway?
